We are seeking a well-respected and highly-experienced Production Coordinator to lead the Performance Marketing division's overall production process in order to achieve technical, creative and financial success across every project. As a key member of our team, you’ll be a driver and important contributor to our creative brand. Experience with the Slack and the Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar) is critical, if you’ve worked with Monday.com before that is a bonus as well. We’re looking for someone who can work with our team to streamline the current process and build and maintain spreadsheets and production documents to keep us all organized as we work.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the creative teams, ensuring the best possible production process with all parties
Ensure projects stay on track by coordinating the campaign goals, deliverables, schedules, estimates and budgets
Proactively manage timelines and deadlines through project management tools
Prepare and maintain task lists, calendars, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
Support in defining project vision and managing expectations by engaging in brainstorming sessions for overall content creative
Collaborate with project supervisors and department lead to assess and determine resource allocations, needs and priorities
Aid in the initial assessment, viability and forecasting of potential projects
Help producers schedule optimal schedule and department dependencies
Act as the primary conduit between project award and internal set-up and execution, championing such areas as the hand-off process, kick-off meetings, delivery schedules and determining key goals
Initiate effective and healthy collaboration across all teams
Work closely with the Director of Production Operations on the division's budget expectations
Support and aid the post-mortem, performance review and reporting processes
Identify ways to increase productivity and quality

Requirements:
Previous experience as Production Coordinator/Production Assistant at an advertising/marketing agency or digital media company required
1+ years of work experience working with multiple teams and deliverables to maintain budget and timeline
Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Superb organizational skills and time management
Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization
Deep understanding of the creator online video landscape and digital media creative and development
Experience with booking freelancers, managing invoicing, making call sheets
A passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
Ability to remain flexible and calm in high-pressure situations and adjust as multiple moving parts consistently change
Clear and effective communication skills both in person and on paperWarm demeanor and ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com) and G Suite
