We are seeking an experienced, energetic and knowledgeable individual with Production Coordinator experience or Assistant Production Coordinator experience who can clearly demonstrate their readiness to step up to a Coordinator's position, to apply for this full time, in-house, staff Production Coordinator position in our well regarded, fast paced production support company. This position is not suitable for recent grads or those with little or no production experience. We've been in business over 35 years working with the major productions filming T.V. shows, commercials, features and other productions in the L.A. area.

At least one year of paid production experience, and a production degree is mandatory. Applicant must be available to start immediately and be familiar with, and local to, the L.A. area and have reliable transportation. Applicant must have excellent math, writing and verbal communication skills and be proficient with maintaining and adjusting rapidly changing schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products on a PC platform also mandatory. Work hours are predominately 8hr./day, M - F and occasionally more. Paid holidays, paid sick time, vacation time and health benefits available after probationary period. Supervisory experience is highly desirable, and a professional demeanor is essential. National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)

Job Description

As part of the *** U Cable Creative Marketing Department, the production coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management duties involved with show marketing campaigns across BRAVO, E!, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA NET****, and UNIVERSAL ****.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly
Act as a liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Programming/Development, Multiplatform, Social, Publicity, *** , Legal, Ad Sales, etc.
Effectively communicate project details such as deadlines, changes in schedule, and legal feedback to internal teams
Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and act as key communicator with vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post production
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV & Film or Advertising/Marketing preferred
