National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager

The Bally Sports Regional Network serving the southeast (collectively, Bally Sports South & Southeast) are the television home of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Hawks, Nashville Predators, Memphis Grizzlies, Charlotte Hornets, and Carolina Hurricanes.

The Bally Sports South team is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Atlanta, GA production team. Reporting to the Director, Operations, this position coordinates assigned live sporting event game telecasts, communicating with mobile truck vendors, crewers, facilities, broadcast partners and production personnel. The Production Coordinator creates production information books that contain all relevant operations information including truck, crew and production team contacts, technical requirements, transmission, and facility information. The position also checks in with production teams at assigned remote events and acts as the daily office contact for production and technical personnel working at remote sites and serving as an on-site operations contact for live events when needed. Also, this role will assist with equipment organization, participate in associated meetings, and conference calls.

The Game Plan:
(What you will do)

Coordinates assigned events by communicating with mobile truck vendors, crew contacts, facilities, broadcast partners and production personnel to gather all relevant details for the network's game production teams.
Creates production information books that contain all relevant operations information including truck, crew, production team contacts, technical requirements, transmission, and facility information.
Confirm appropriate resources and equipment are available for each show.
Check in with production teams at assigned remote sporting events and acts as the daily office contact for production and technical personnel working at remote game sites.
Serves as on-site operations contact for live sporting event productions when needed.
Assists with equipment organization.
Assists with load-in and strike days at the beginning and end of each team season, as well as special event broadcasts.
Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 50 pounds)

The Stats:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational, troubleshooting and project coordination skills.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications, especially Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and Acrobat.
Ability to work flexible hours- including nights and weekends at times.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team atmosphere.
Bachelor's degree, a plus
2-3 years' experience in broadcast production - remote events, a plus.
Knowledge of remote production technical equipment, a plus

About Your Contributions:

Work with the Creative Services Director and key partners to support the production of all packaging/PDP photography across all product categories, from pre-production through to final deliverables
Manage the estimating and billing process for all vendor photography
Act as the main point of contact for receipt of product samples and manage ongoing organization of product samples and props

The Role

Reporting to the AV Production Manager in LATAM, you will join a team of Producers, Editors, and Motion Graphic Artists that manage the AV finishing and localization for *** Marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating AV production, supporting scale, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal partners dedicated to creative, *** , regional marketing across both Global and Regional teams. The role will be based out of Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities include:

Design and advise on efficient production timelines for AV Finishing and localization efforts, considering campaign needs, size, and complexity to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.
Lead and coordinate localization efforts, ensuring the delivery of key assets and adapting as necessary to meet the success criteria of assigned campaigns.
Support the onboarding of AV Production teams to internal tools and workflows, implementing and monitoring technical standards and maintaining creative integrity on project deliverables according to *** creative guidelines.
Collaborate with localization teams on new language initiatives, including the production of backfill assets and implementation of new workflows.
Provide hands-on production support to AV Producers during the peak moments of larger marketing campaigns.
Support creative testing, planning, and fulfillment initiatives as they relate to the AV Production team.
Contribute to the development of operational tools through partnerships with our Marketing Infrastructure and MarTech Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of AV Servicing in an entertainment studio, post-production house or creative agency
Knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process of AV Material
Fluent in AV types and formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, servicing, and trafficking
Knowledge of localization workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-content marketing and/or PR materials.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Photoshop
Strong technical mind and background
Extraordinarily organized with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - as a global team member, strong communication, and vision are a prerequisite for success.
Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker. English fluency is required while fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
