Production Coordinators AND APOC's with a passion for TV production wanted for new crafts competition series shooting in Los Angeles, CA, starting end of April. This individual is crucial to making a smooth-running production. They will support the Line Producer and Production Manager, and must:
• be highly organized
• familiar with Los Angeles, studios, catering
• be a strong communicator
• be good with numbers
• have a good contact list for PAs
• understand health and safety regulations, the importance of data protection, E&O compliance, clearance and copyright requirements

Common tasks will include booking locations, booking travel and people, managing legal paperwork and releases, creating call sheets, securing permits, ordering equipment and props, managing floats, checking invoices, managing a PO log and PCARD, materials clearances, etc.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Unscripted TV production experience in the role of coordinator
• ***Prior Competition Series Experience a Major Asset***
