Looking for field coordinators for a reality competition series. The field coordinator must be confident running the set as the only production person in the field. They also must be comfortable traveling with gear. There will be some flights but many trips will be by car, every member of the team will have their own vehicle and need to drive themselves. Cleaning driving record required. Strict COVID-19 protocols, with weekly testing, required PPE and social distancing, and medically trained COVID Compliance Officer on set at all times. Vaccines will be required for all team members. You will need to submit proof of full vaccine to HR for verification before your start date. Rate is 1700/week. First 4 weeks are remote from home so you must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work space for remote scouts. The remaining weeks will be on the road with a quick trip back to LA for thanksgiving.

Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

What You'll Do

Work closely with your discipline supervisors in crewing, casting and scheduling your discipline's body of work, keeping in mind the overall show schedule, client reviews, bids, and other discipline needs.
Establish a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to your artist crew, as well as the overall show crew. This should be daily and/or weekly.
Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within the ILM Internal Tracking Tool as well working with Production Managers to display the information in a physical form (magnet boards / conference rooms) in order to be visible to the team.
Ensure work is on schedule for each department and is meeting internal and external (client) deadlines. Check in with artists on a regular basis regarding workload, targets, needs, etc

The Production Coordinator's primary emphasis is on scheduling, communication and coordination for a specific group (discipline) of artists (or multiple groups) on any given project. Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with your discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting and scheduling your discipline's body of work, keeping in mind the overall show schedule, client reviews, bids, and other discipline needs.
Establish a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to your artist crew, as well as the overall show crew. This should be daily and/or weekly.
Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within the ILM Internal Tracking Tool as well working with Production Managers to display the information in a physical form (magnet boards / conference rooms) in order to be visible to the team.
Ensure work is on schedule for each department and is meeting internal and external (client) deadlines. Check in with artists on a regular basis regarding workload, targets, needs, etc
