Manhattan-based production company looking for a Coordinator or other well-organized person to help manage equipment inventory across various productions at the company.

Responsibilities include inventory and organizing of equipment in company gear room, scheduling and supervising gear checkouts by Camera Assistants, actioning gear replacements for field teams, sending items out for repair as necessary, and managing stock of expendables.

Camera Assistant experience is not required but more than a passing familiarity with gear is preferred. Please include a cover letter or note indicating your level of familiarity and experience with camera and lighting equipment.

This is a Mon-Fri office position entirely in-person.

Production Coordinator for the second half of a feature film. The first half was filmed in Texas. The remaining half that we need someone for will be filmed in the DMV area May 30-June 16. We also need hair, make-up, prop master, PA's and grip.

The Production Coordinator (or Field Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and remotely.

For this event, the Production Coordinator will operate a 3-input switcher with scoreboard, graphic overlays, and video ads. Equipment may need to be shipped to your home address. Gear walkthrough and test may be required prior to game day.

- Deep understanding for editorial production, including control room experience, with strong writing and copy editing skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment, deal with intense deadlines and continually react to breaking news with factual programming and creative storytelling

Hiring Salary Range: $87,000.0 - 120,000.0.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Looking for a set PA for a 2 day shoot in NYC. This is an unscripted documentary style shoot where kids answer questions on a playground. Need a PA to do runs and lock ups.
