Busy Unscripted Production house within the corporate office of a major consumer brand is seeking a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR.

This is an in-person role, approximately 24-30 hours a week, and will be temporary with the possibility to extend to a long-term assignment (up to 18 months).


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

*Setting Vendors Up with our Invoicing System
*Working with the accounting team to facilitate efficient vendor payments
*Reconciling payments against internal orders
*Set up crew with start paperwork
*Process and facilitate production payroll/timecards
*Facilitating travel requests on the small and large scale
*Arranging Hotel room blocks
*Creating and managing travel grids
*Some field, production, and post-production work may be included when appropriate


QUALIFICATIONS:

* 2+ Years as a Production Coordinator, APOC, or Key PA
*Heavy Production Office Experience a MUST
*Travel Coordination experience desired
*Accounting, PO reconciliation, Payroll experience a plus
*Ability to work across multiple shows/projects at the same time
*The ability to prioritize and re-prioritize your daily workload
*Impeccable communication skills
*Intermediate level (or above) work in Microsoft Excel
*Some exposure to Airtable and/or Microsoft Teams a plus

As the Executive Assistant and Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our head of production in their day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our TV and film productions. This is a diverse and exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and production-related tasks.

In this role, you will:

Executive Support
• Manage our head of production's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Assist in drafting and distributing executive correspondence and documents.
• Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate parties.

Production Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing TV and film production projects, including coordinating schedules, locations, and logistics.
• Liaise with various departments, including cast and crew, to ensure a seamless production process.
• Manage and maintain production budgets, track expenses, and handle financial documentation.
• Organize auditions, rehearsals, and other production-related events.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of call sheets, shooting schedules, and production calendars.
• Assist with procurement of equipment and supplies for production needs.

Looking for a seasoned, tech savvy Production Coordinator for a docu-series in its 11th season. There will be one or 2 days of prep in our Sherman Oaks office then will travel to Traverse City, MI with the crew.

Candidate will need to familiarize themselves with the video platform, Riverside. Candidate will be responsible for checking in all gear and baggage at LAX, handling PC, overseeing 2 PA’s, handling airport runs, logistics, crew meals, crafty, always thinking ahead and problem solving.

Los Angeles based production company filming a docuseries in Miami, Florida.

Seeking a Field Production Coordinator for a series filming interviews, b-roll and verite scenes in New Orleans. Previous true crime experience a HUGE plus. Candidates must be local to New Orleans. This is an on-site contract role for a Local Bay Area Coordinator located in San Francisco Bay Area. The Local Bay Area Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and organizing events and promotions and working with local media channels and organizations. Seeking self starters who are familiar with and comfortable handling all the usual non-scripted production requirements. Logistics, location management, meals/crafty, safety, releases and CASHet and petty cash reports. You should be comfortable driving a mini van. This job requires PM to book crew, make offers, track them, send Docusigns, order various supplies and gear through complicated platforms, arrange travel for crew , and manage the work site at the event. Must be able to follow a budget and stay within the budget.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Chatsworth, CA.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

We are looking for a strong, collaborative leader with extensive experience working on non-scripted series that film on location around the world. Must be a direct, effective and diplomatic communicator, recruit, manage and motivate the best production management team for large scale, big budget, non-scripted/reality productions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player who is calm under pressure, able to make budget conscious and thoughtful decisions while multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced environment. Must have a positive attitude and must be able to travel for 3-6 months overseas. Experience with sustainability efforts on location is a plus. Position reports to Head of Production for production company.


The pay scale for this role is $4000 to $4,500 weekly. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors.


Responsibilities include:

Team Management: Must be an effective and transparent team leader; team building skills a plus. Must have worked on series with over 300 crew.



Production Plan/ Systems: Work closely with department heads on their needs while staying within budget. Implement systems for PM team to help streamline workflows.



Budget Management/ Cost Tracking: Must be able to effectively and transparently track costs, work well with production accounting team as well as heads of production and head of production accounting for prod co.



Negotiation: secure the best deals for the production, have keen business acumen and an up-to-date knowledge of costs across all departments.



Risk management: mitigate risk in all aspects of production, from financial to operational and cast and crew welfare. Must be able to work well with security, medics and other onsite risk & safety teams as well as the internal departments at a prod co.
