Hi! In search of a Junior Production Coordinator to assist in Production and Post on a True Crime series.
Duties include:
• Book crew as required by the Production Manager.
• Assist Producers on shoot days
• Assist in preparing and distributing call sheets, shooting schedules, crew and cast lists
• Work with the Production Manager ensuring the completion of all admin related tasks to the delivery
of the show, including release forms, and licensing paperwork.
• Work alongside the Post Supervisor for upcoming ingests and ensuring assets are delivered and stored appropriately

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the production process, and maintaining open and clear lines of communication between Production and Studio Operations, and various other cross-department teams as needed. The Production Coordinator is an integral role on our Production Operations team that assists in keeping our steady flow of productions on track and running smoothly from start to finish. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate communication between teams:
- Effectively manage booking inquiries and communication with freelance crew, and assist with booking paperwork and timecards.
- Create and distribute call sheets and manage related logistical communications.
General studio duties:
- Maintaining the general tidiness of the studio and production workspace.
- Assisting the Studio Operations Team in ensuring that all sets and studio spaces are prepared for bookings.
Track production expenses to ensure that costs are approved and actualized, under the direction of production managers:
- Execute production purchases and rentals as required.
- Gather and ensure that receipts and expenses accrued during productions are properly added to budget tracking platforms.
- Flag any potential overages to production managers promptly for approval.
Assist in coordinating the stocking, ordering, and shipping of a wide variety of client products needed for productions, including:
- Gathering talent size / customization information from casting and placing direct orders, if required.
- Shipping product to talent when necessary from in-studio inventory.
- Coordinate with Studio Operations to ensure product is available for in-studio productions.
Provide physical presence on set to ensure any day-of logistical needs are handled:
- Provide studio access, and act as point of contact for freelance crew and talent.
- Place crew lunch orders for in-studio and off-site productions.
Assist on production sets as needed, dependent on availability and workload.
Comply with and assist in enforcing all on-set safety protocols, set etiquette, and professional conduct standards on all productions.

In this role you would provide support for every aspect of getting a show on stage - people, logistics, budgets and will also be responsible for the efficient running of a show, including the welfare of performers, cost management and maintaining the production to a very high standard.

This role requires you to be based in the office a minimum of 4 days per week and to be flexible to work evenings and weekends, depending on production needs.

What You Will Do

Accountable for a smooth casting/contract process, from identification of candidates to hiring, including tasks such as casting negotiations, issuing deal memos/contracts (ensemble, swings, some principals) and serving as the day to day contact for performers' agents and performers as the need arises.
Accountable for all sponsored workers on the productions collaborating closely with *** Global mobility and external partner, Deloitte, including serving as a key contact for all international cast for the duration of their time in the production.
Accountable for all sponsored workers on the productions liaising with *** Global mobility and external partner, Deloitte, ensuring all immigration paperwork is prepared and recorded as per the Right to Work standards, and annual renewals of each individual visa for the shows are up to date.
Support the Senior General Manager and General Manager in all aspects of the contracting process, including supervising Production Assistants in maintaining the deals tracker, attending regular meetings with the legal team on new/existing contracts, etc.
Support the SGM/GM in accountability of accurate financial reports and management of all areas of production budgets including preparation of production EFCs, Annual Operating Plan and P&L, Record-keeping on all US/UK recharges, contra review and reconciliation in line with contracts, as well as approve payroll on each production.
Support the SGM/GM in all Employee Relations/co *** ict issues, being the first level escalation point for Company Managers for ER/co *** ict issues, working in partnership with HR to bring resolution in less complex cases.
Be the primary contact for Marketing/Press to arrange any internal or external events involving the productions and reporting plans to SGM/GM.

As a Production Coordinator, you are is an integral part of the GOLF Studio and Tournament Production team. You are responsible for processing payments and tracking assignments for all contracted talent and production personnel. Responsibilities:

Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager

Fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
