The Digital Partnerships team at *** Universal are at the forefront of pushing those limits. Our team represents high-value digital products and partnerships including *** , Apple News, Anzu, YouTube in addition to our talent led initiatives. This is the ideal role for a digital marketer with a love for the *** landscape and a desire to be at the cutting-edge of the advertising marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and help in the development of go-to-market strategies, responding to client proposals, and executing digital ad innovations.
Responsibilities- Pre-sale: Partner with sales to create custom marketing proposals. Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and sales teams to identify client needs
- Post-sale process: Oversee the execution of custom digital ad innovations sold to brand advertisers by serving as a centralized point of contact
- Analysis: Evaluate the success of ad solutions and partnerships by establishing data-driven insights based on performance metrics and client feedback in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager.
- Proactive Development: Work with Senior Marketing Manager on strategy and platform positioning, assist with product recaps, and case studies.
- Organization: Manage content libraries and maintain a timely cadence for updating marketing materials to ensure sales, marketing and strategic partners always have access to current strategic solutions.
- Team Responsibilities: Work alongside team VP in assisting with administrative needs (i.e., Budget documents, team events) and special projects (presentation deck preparation)
Qualifications- 1-2 years' experience (including internships) at a *** company, agency or ad sales organization preferred
- Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to prioritize and project manage projects from start to finish
- Visual storytelling: Ability to weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applications
- Analytical: Must be comfortable applying learnings, insights, critical-thinking, and problem-solving as it relates to current and future strategies
- Experience with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint/Word/Outlook/Excel/Teams) and Sharepoint
