International travel show seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to begin as soon as possible.

Description:

• Supported by the EIC, Line Producers & Production Manager, the role involves liaising effectively with all involved in production, including crew, contributors and other production and editorial team members and assisting the Production Management team with the day to day running of the production.
• Organize shoots, including; Permits for filming, hiring kit, crew, booking accommodation and travel – hire cars, flights, and train tickets as required, booking couriers/taxis, making and distributing call sheets, and risk assessments.
• Keep accurate records and ensure all paperwork is uploaded correctly
• Prepare release forms for contributors and make sure all releases are accounted for and signed
• Prepare binder for director

Finance duties include:
-Making float and per diem requests, via petty cash or wire request.
-Making Purchase Orders and reconciling them soon as the cost has been approved/ordered/booked.
-Reconciling Credit Card receipts

Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience working as a Production Coordinator in a fast-paced production environment
-Experience with filming internationally
-Excellent organizational skills
-Great attention to detail
-Expert in production logistics
-Team Player
-Bi-lingual not required, but definitely a plus

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.

Job Description

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)

The Game Plan:

Confirm appropriate resources and equipment are available for each show.
Check in with production teams at assigned remote sporting events and acts as the daily office contact for production and technical personnel working at remote game sites.
Serves as on-site operations contact for live sporting event productions when needed.
Assists with equipment organization.
Assists with load-in and strike days at the beginning and end of each team season, as well as special event broadcasts.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

Lead and coordinate localization efforts, ensuring the delivery of key assets and adapting as necessary to meet the success criteria of assigned campaigns.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of AV Servicing in an entertainment studio, post-production house or creative agency
Knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process of AV Material
Fluent in AV types and formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, servicing, and trafficking
Knowledge of localization workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-content marketing and/or PR materials.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Photoshop
Strong technical mind and background
