Summary:Works closely with Executive Producers, the Music Department, Consultants, and the Casting Department to coordinate all aspects of music and audio production.
Responsibilities: - Assisting the casting department with coordinating vocal record sessions with talent, VO Director and Record Studio/Audio Engineer.
- Attend all VO sessions and work with Director to manage circle takes, while functioning as a liaison *** ween VO Director and Writers & Executive Producers.
- Ensuring all talent needs are met during vocal sessions.
- Coordinating with Dialogue Editor on creation of episodic radio plays.
- Tracking all audio notes, script changes and necessary pickups during animatic and animation and communicating changes to vendor studio.
- Providing audio deliverables (radio plays, pickups, scratch vocals, song files, etc.) to vendor studio.
- Working with vendor studio during post-production and assisting with final delivery process.
- Various duties assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications: - Previous experience with music and audio production coordination on long form animated series.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced production environment
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish with Spanish written and verbal proficiency strongly considered.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Weekly Hiring Salary Range: $850.00 - 900.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
