Looking for an applicant who can wear multiple hats. General production coordinator duties will include assisting with paper work, Communication with crew and cast needs, some location work, and assisting LP with daily tasks.

Will be joining a small tight-nit team, and will be asked to pitch in with a variety of duties. Looking for someone with some experience, but perhaps wanting to get more involved with production.

Food Network show seeking a production coordinator to join our team. This position is specifically for remote planning one day shoots in various states and keeping communication going between producers, to production, to post. This is a great gig for someone looking to expand on their skill sets and coordinate fun food based shoots.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with producers to discuss talent, objectives, and potential locations they would like to film at.
- Using those notes to build a schedule grouping shoots by city to consolidate shoots
- Obtaining location releases from the restaurant owner/talent prior to filming
- Maintain documents on shared drives to keep production up to date
- Hiring local DP audio and PA
- Overseeing media shipment, and clearly communicating with post when footage is arriving
- Keeping producers, production and post all informed of the schedule as it changes
- Reconciling credit card statements and petty cash for your team
- Sending out call sheets

- Must have some previous production experience,
- Must be willing to work with the rate range provided

Looking for a Production Coordinator for one week of prep and eight days of shooting. This is a feature film with the first half of production happening in Syracuse. Need someone resourceful and familiar with Syracuse vendors.

The Production Coordinator (or Field Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event.

They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicated well with supervisors and crew both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up rental truck or van.
- Load gear into rental truck or van.
- Transport gear to and from venue.
- Prep the event site by staging or setting up elevated filming equipment (scaffolding, ladders, camera towers), canopies, banners, etc.
- Assist in coordinating the crew's arrival at venue.
- Set up filming and streaming equipment.
- Meet with crew to discuss responsibilities and schedule.
- Monitor and maintain power on all gear throughout filming.
- Manage crew schedule by rotating camera ops periodically.
- Relay feedback on camera work from video controller to camera operators.
- Break down equipment at the end of the day.
- Back up all recorded files on external hard drive. Must provide your own laptop or desktop to copy files from SD card to hard drive.
- Charge power supplies to continue shooting the following day.

Qualifications:
- Capable of all day, outdoor activity. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods including walking long distances.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder or scaffold.
- In the event a box truck or pick up truck rental is not required, must have your own reliable transportation to athletic facility.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be eligible to work in US.
- Experience with sports videography.
- Experience with live events.
- Must feel comfortable giving direction to crew.

Looking for an independent Production Manager to run a small team in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist team with prep, manage and communicate daily production planning
- Help oversee and prepare field needs and logistics
- Generate production reports
- Manage the shoot day, crew tracking, crew lunch, company moves, wrap
- Oversee collecting and organizing receipts
- Hire and oversee local PAs for the shoot.

Helping rangle a few actor talent and background live audience 80-90 people total. And 5-7 crew camera people.

Looking for Field APOCs to assist Field PMs for travelling crews of approximately 25 in support of a larger project.

- Coordinate shoot logistics in concert with Travel team (Keeping grids up to date for Flights, Vehicle, Hotels, Staffing)
- Secure crew meals for all shoot days
- Manage the PAs and Talent Wranglers on prep and shoot days
- Track and order expendables, crafty as needed
- Provide financial support to Field PM and remote LP, including; POs, pretty cash and P Card reconciliation
- Assist with organizing paperwork from the field, including releases, production agreements, cast paperwork
- Assist with rental inventories, track walkie sign-outs
- Assist producers with finding and securing filming locations, releases and permits where needed

Approximate dates from 8/28 to 10/7 with a possible extension to ~11/4
