Seeking an experienced Production Coordinator for a new CNN 2 part documentary who can work local to the Philly area from December 2021 to February 2022 with a possible extension to April/May 2022.

The show will consist of travelling interviews and recreations. Looking for someone to start at the beginning of December.

Responsibilities

- Manage shoot prep including:
- booking cast and crew travel/ accommodations
- coordinating gear packages with the gear team and sourcing any specialty gear when needed
- going on airport runs to assist with gear drop offs when the crew is flying
- submitting permit requests and securing locations for interviews
- drafting and distributing call sheets
- coordinating covid testing for a small interview crew
- reconciling receipts and expenses

** Must have experience with Google drive/sheets as well as Excel.

Must have great organization, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and plan for the unexpected

This position would be great for someone with previous coordinator credits looking to gain more experience to move up to a PM role. The job will be partially remote, and partially on site depending on the needs. Position will be required to go on set locally and also to the office building to assist with equipment and runs when needed so please do not apply if you are not local to the Philly area.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
