How you'll make an impact:The Production Coordinator for the Video Programming & Production Department will support field and studio video production. They will assist producers, editors, technical directors and production management in day-to-day studio and field shoots, pre-production, and post-production. The ideal applicant should have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter, and forward-looking thinker who is exceptionally organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do: - Support technical directors, producers, and video editors in all aspects of video production
- Assist field shoots; including set up, camera operation and *** management
- Submit gear requests via internal gear check out system
- Help in maintaining department guides and protocols
- Assist on special projects as needed
- Pull archival footage, transcribe and assistant in *** management
- Conduct daily quality checks on SXM app
- Support on-going department administrative needs
What you'll need:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- One year of experience in video production experience
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience setting up and operating field cameras gear including but not limited to: Canon c70, c300, c200
- Knowledge of *** Management workflow and post-production organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Experience using Adobe Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop and basic video editing skills
- Previous experience with Airtable a plus.
- Required to be in office 4+ days a week
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $ 55,700 to $69,625 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
