We are a creative events agency specializing in the gaming and eSports space. We are a fan-first company that focuses on building experiences for fans, by fans. We are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator with a background in experiential events to support us on an upcoming Pop Up Gaming event in Toronto.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-3 years working in experiential events
- Local to Toronto or the surrounding area and available to work as a local to Canada*
- Have a passion for putting on events
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable and resourceful
PRE-PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES (Non-exhaustive)
- Support the Producer with vendor communications including sourcing and scheduling
- Assist with gathering quotes and getting orders finalized and approved
- Support the Producer with building out event documentation and onsite schedules
ONSITE RESPONSIBILITIES (Non-exhaustive)
- Support the Producer with vendor management during load in/setup and breakdown/load out
- Manage PA and Runner tasks and delegate appropriately
- Work with the Producer and technical support staff to ensure a positive gaming experience for all attendees throughout the duration of the event
AVAILIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Part time availability for remote support will be required 6/24 - 7/5 for pre-production support. Hours of operation are 10am - 6pm EST but can be flexible within reason.
Required Onsite Dates:
7/8 to 11: Load in and Setup
7/12 to 14: Event
7/15: Breakdown and Load out
