National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio

Daily tasks can include:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of business, personnel, production, or operations experience.

Effective communication skills (Ex. clear and concise in all forms of communication, ability to manage high-volume email, phone traffic, and in-person interactions).
Demonstrated ability to react quickly and positively to a wide variety of sensitive production and personnel situations that arise and are subject to continual change.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and perform independently with some guidance from management and senior teammates (Ex. suggest ideas and solutions to problems that arise, ability to recognize when an issue is present and provide rectifying solutions).
Experience in various aspects of resource management and business operations (Ex. processing contracts/invoices, creating/maintaining/distributing information, resource scheduling/staffing).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs & platforms (Ex. Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), Smartsheet or similar programs, Zoom.
Conversational Spanish language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledgeable about the sports content landscape.
Possesses basic understanding of the production of studio shows, remote events, digital, and/or packaged shows.
Understands basic reporting and analytics processes, identifying trends and developing metrics.
Solid analytical and technical critical thinking skills.
Has basic financial/budgetary management experience.
Working knowledge of the following systems/tools: Slack, Concur, Kronos, SAP, and business intelligence tools like MicroStrategy.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills.

Job Description

The Photography Production Coordinator, Licensing supports the Dotdash *** Licensing team as we expand our photography services for packaging and ecommerce. Reporting to the Creative Services Director, the Photography Production Coordinator supports all day-to-day photo studio activities, from pre-through post-production, working with freelancers and production crews. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, proactive individual with strong organizational skills who has the desire to gain experience in a fast-paced photo production Environment.

This role is required to be onsite at our office in Des Moines, Iowa.

About Your Contributions:

Work with the Creative Services Director and key partners to support the production of all packaging/PDP photography across all product categories, from pre-production through to final deliverables
Manage the estimating and billing process for all vendor photography
Act as the main point of contact for receipt of product samples and manage ongoing organization of product samples and props

About You:

Strong independent decision making skills
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to build partnerships
Action oriented and ready tackle any ongoing projects and new opportunities

Qualifications:

1-2 years of photo/video production experience, with increasing levels of responsibility in a creative environment
