Seeking Production Manager for non-scripted real estate themed series. The ideal candidate has minimum 3-5 years experience as PM in reality, real estate shows preferred.
Tentative schedule: 2 weeks of prep, ~12 weeks shooting, 2 weeks wrap.
Los Angeles based, office and wfh hybrid as needed.
Some responsibilities but not limited to:
-Managing city to city travel for crew sized 8-10.
-On-set production management and logistics.

About the Project:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Manager to join our team for a documentary shoot set in the heart of Long Island. This is a non-union production with a start date of April 1st. You will have approximately 2 weeks of remote prep to familiarize yourself with the project and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage shooting schedules
Secure permits and location agreements
Coordinate crew logistics
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for the crew
Manage day-to-day production operations on set

Collaborate closely with the Director and Producers
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations
Qualifications:
