Production Managers needed for show involving approximately 1.25 months prep and 1.25 months travel to multiple destinations within the United States.

Looking for experienced Production Managers able to handle 25-person satellite teams across various States. Primary responsibilities include:

-With assistance from a Production Coordinator, take charge of day-to-day running of satellite team and set
-With assistance from Travel department, take responsibility for the movement of your team and gear by vehicle or plane to various locations within the country
-Maintain constant lines of communication with Producing team, ensure creative needs are being addressed
-Track, maintain, and efficiently use the budget for your team in concert with the Line Producer
-With assistant from the Talent department, ensure the welfare of 3-6 talent
-Maintain contact with LP, EIC, and Office team regarding any questions or needs
-Ensure any/all safety requirements are adhered to in concert with Insurance and Legal teams
-Ability/freedom to solve or address on-set issues as they arise

You will be the primary Point of Contact and Head for your team in concert with the creative Producer. You must feel confident running a full team and dealing with the day-to-day smooth operation of your team. Multiple previous shows as Production Manager (or similar) will be strongly preferred.

Looking for a skilled production manager with experience overseeing a small and large crews. Must have previous experience and knowledge of shooting in Los Angeles and able to location scout, pull permits, hiring crew, and put together small production shoots. Also be able to travel domestically if needed. Please send references when submitting your application. This is the current PM rate in Los Angeles.

Looking for a talented, eager PM to join the small team for a live, weekly show to be shot in studio in Los Angeles area. Call sheets, crew management, reporting/forms, credit card reconciliation, liaising with studio, and helping gather timecards may all be regular duties of the role.

Build competition show seeking an experienced coordinator / manager. Duties include scheduling PA's, distributing duties, arranging transpo for cast and crew, working with vendors, tracking PR times, etc.

Looking for an experienced Production Manager, with experience in house-reality and/or dating shows. Should be versed in filming in a personal residence for multiple weeks, and the needs and potential issues that come with it. Will also be responsible for off-site date activities, and working with producers on locations, releases, movements and all logistics.

Applicants should be adept in managing coordinators & PAs, working with vendors, overseeing transpo and crew & cast movements. You should be able to reconcile petty cash, P-cards (Cashet), check requests, POs, and the usual production paperwork.

Schedule is 2-3 weeks of prep/load in, 4 weeks of VTR, and 1 week of strike wrap. Will be shooting 6 days per week, and will have longer hours with staggered schedules.

Paid weekly by Cast & Crew Payroll

Job Overview

The primary goal of the Production Manager is to manage WABE Studios productions to ensure compliance with Georgia Film Tax credit rules, during pre-production, production, post-production and audit processes.

Tasks/Responsibilities

PRODUCTION -Collaborate with the Studios Audio and Video production teams to develop production plans and schedules for tax-credit projects -Set up the “production office” for each project and oversee the day-to-day operations/paperwork of the studio and field production units -Handle logistics and coordinate resources, including equipment, locations, and personnel.

-Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers and crew members

-Coordinate onboarding of Production crew payroll with WABE Production Accountant

-Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.

-Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all departments involved in production. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as location owners, to secure and exhibit necessary permits and clearances.

-Manage internal studio bookings.

-Manage crafty and catering services -Oversee the distribution and archiving of production materials and documentation.

TAX CREDIT COMPLIANCE -Ensure compliance with state, city, and safety regulations throughout the production process.

- Maintain GA Tax Credit One Sheet -Monitor and control production expenditures, keeping accurate records and providing regular financial reports in coordination with the WABE Production Accountant

- Process required paperwork for the GA Film Tax Credit (Day of Days, Producer Daily Narrative, Audit Questionnaire, State Expenditure Report, Call Sheet, Locations, Crew List, Vendor List, Production Stills, etc...) according to state-mandated timelines

-Provide required documentation for WABE Production Accountant to create internal cross-company invoices -Collaborate with the WABE Production Accountant to track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate cost reporting, during production and audit processes.

.Skills Needed:

· Excellent organization and budgeting skills. Keeping track of a film’s budget and tax credit paperwork is one of the most important jobs a production manager has. · Excellent communication skills. The production manager must communicate and work with producers, the director, studio executives, crew heads as well as local government and authorities.

· Knowledge of film and TV production. The production manager should have a working knowledge of film and TV production beyond their specific job duties as they are required to communicate and coordinate with almost every department on a film set.

· Contacts. Having a working relationship with equipment suppliers and personnel recruiters can help a production manager enormously as they move from job to job. When starting a new production, being able to call on the services of people whose abilities you trust will go a long way in helping you in your pre-production planning.

· Knowledge of laws and regulations. Production managers should be well-versed in health and safety regulations, insurance, basic human resources issues, contracts, and labor law. Working knowledge of paperwork requirements for GA Film Tax credits.

News video brand is looking for a Production Manager as part of the Operations team to handle Studio and Field responsibilities; previous experience in either studio or field Production Management is required. The role also requires advanced experience with Airtable and will spend a good amount of time working in and building with Airtable.

- Oversee fundamental Production Manager responsibilities for both Field and Studio.
- Build and maintain workflows within Airtable.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for Studio crews.
- Coordinate regular and ad hoc field shoot bookings.
- Maintain crew booking databases such as crew calendars, crew contact information, training dates/spend, work orders, and pertinent crew scheduling guidance.
- Coordinate logistics such as studio rentals, COIs, facilities requests, equipment purchases, shipping.
- Create, distribute, and update weekly and daily show schedules and call sheets.
- Facilitate onboarding and coordinate assignments for freelance crew members.
- Post job openings on relevant production job boards and manage incoming resumes.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination of shoots.
- Perform as needed research based projects (market, content, awards, etc).
- Collect and sustain data/information that reflects monthly trends such as how many field shoots in one month, how many studio resources trained per quarter, etc.
- Source vendors and coordinate the use of their services, including equipment rentals, repairs, and replacements
- Work directly with Building Facilities and Security on any issues that affect crew, vendors, physical spaces (locked doors, freight bookings, temp badges, etc.)

- 5+ years Production Management experience (booking, scheduling, managing crews + logistics).
- Advanced knowledge/previous experience with Airtable (using, building, managing)
- Strong ability to multitask; role requires multiple tasks to be completed/managed on a daily basis and often last minute.
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage multiple daily tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong communication and diplomacy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with posting/managing posts on Production job boards such as StaffMeUp, Mandy, etc.

Experienced PM type needed! Must have a great attitude and the ability to work well with staff, crew and talent. Also must have ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, knowledge of payroll, schedule crew, and handle on location production needs.

Need a PM to scout a location 7/25 in Dayton, OH and then also ideally join our project when we shoot in September. Must be able to work locally. Commercial experience required.

Staffing up Production Department for new sketch series.

Looking for Production Manager for a new doc series. Series is a wildlife/adventure type show that involves mostly domestic shoots with one international shoot.

Position is set to approximately start mid-August and run till mid-December, possibly January.

Position will not be needed on set, but that could change. All pre-production would be remote.

Looking for Field Production Managers/UPMs for a new reality series. Series is 24/7 house reality. 6-7 weeks of filming total inclusive of pre-shoots and pickups. Shoot location for 24/7 is TBD, but this position will be required in the field for the entire duration of the shoot as well as load in and load out. Pre-production will be fully remote, may require some pre-production travel as needed.

This is NOT the job for a PC looking to move up.
