Job Description – This role reports directly to the VP, Production and will be responsible for day-to-day
production management for Original Production’s current & development slates

Responsibilities
• Serve as the Production Manager for the Development team, managing the logistics and planning of all
Development production:
• Create budgets and schedules
• Coordinate travel, permitting, releases, production planning, etc
• Create call sheets and production reports
• Onboard crew, sign off on payroll, etc
• Oversee expense reimbursements and contractual payments

• With guidance of the Directors of Production & Production Accounting, identify, create, and maintain
processes and protocols to improve overall production workflow
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in production management for unscripted / reality television or documentary
features.
• Familiarity with EP Smart Time, EP Smart Accounting and Movie Magic required
• Proficiency with all standard business software (Microsoft Suite, Adobe, etc) required
• Experience with various types of unscripted programming including broadcast, cable, hour, half hour,
and mini-series preferred
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects

Job Description

Job Description
