Staff Production Bidder (Full-time Staff Position)

Our ideal candidate has natural people skills, is independent and an effective communicator, can handle a fast-paced environment with deadlines and is comfortable in dealing with all levels of production.

Responsibilities:
· Work with EP and Directors to determine job type/approach
· Follow up with Agency on bid specs, questions, due dates. Revise and track changes.
· Run questions and protocols by DOP/HOP
· Bid research
· Bid and manage bid packages submitted (commercial, MV, low-budget, offshore, etc)
· Cost consultant notes/consistency
· Once job is awarded notify internal departments to initiate contract, payment and insurance correspondence
· Oversee jobs through production and wrap making sure the contract is fully executed, insurance is secured, payment is received, working actual is submitted, overages are approved, team questions are answered, and full wraps are submitted
· Guide freelance production teams on production matters
· Attend labor meetings, keep labor cheat sheets, track union requirements
· Collect data for RFIs, RFPs
