Well Established Digital and Broadcast Production Company is currently seeking applications for a full-time Production Manager / Producer / Wear All Hats production guru with a great attitude, who will also help manage our Stage and Events business, help create budgets and manage vendor payments.

Job location is on-site in private office at active production studio in El Segundo.
Start Date is ASAP.

Who We Are:
Our company has 25+ Years in the Industry but is run like a scrappy start-up with focus on innovation and quality.
We’ve recently produced commercials for the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, and World series. The production and post arm of our business deals in Digital Content, Show Marketing, and Broadcast Commercials. Services include stage, field production, post, creative services and producing. Based in El Segundo in a beautiful modern creative space.

Who You Are:
You've Coordinated or Managed on numerous productions, you've called vendors, negotiated deals and solved problems on the spot. We're looking for someone who loves the nature of the production world, who is looking for a wear-all-hats type position to quickly take on responsibility. Most of all, we need an independent problem solver, if you can do it, we’ll let you. Additionally, you don't’ shy away from helping manage the business as a whole, including learning the books and managing our Productions, Stage Rentals and Events.
You'll answer calls and manage the day to day organization for the business. You'll be working with our Clients and Strategic Partners in putting together various and productions. You'll be responsible for multiple projects with various Clients at any given time. You will be an important player in client and crew relationships, along with working directly to help manage and coordinate our services.

Should have worked in a similar capacity, know how to coordinate and/or manage projects independently and help nurture client relationships
Bachelors Degree required

What you'll do:
Manage small to large productions
Book production crews
Manage Events
Liaise between Clients and Company
Manage Calendar for post, studio and production
Handle time sheets for crew
QuickBooks data entry
Create calendars and schedules
Assist in field productions
Coordinate and produce stage rentals, remote productions and events
Schedule client meetings and documenting meeting notes
Coordinate assets, resources and rentals with Vendors

Salary is 62k with a bonus for weekend work if required — with medical, vacation and holiday benefits, financial bonuses, yearly salary increases, 401k, and growth opportunities.

If you have line producing or experience in creating detailed production budgets, additional salary opportunities will be available.
