This is a freelance to full-time position, and we will be filming about 2 of these per month for the rest of the year.

Job Overview

The primary goal of the Production Manager is to manage WABE Studios productions to ensure compliance with Georgia Film Tax credit rules, during pre-production, production, post-production and audit processes.

Tasks/Responsibilities

PRODUCTION -Collaborate with the Studios Audio and Video production teams to develop production plans and schedules for tax-credit projects -Set up the “production office” for each project and oversee the day-to-day operations/paperwork of the studio and field production units -Handle logistics and coordinate resources, including equipment, locations, and personnel.

· Knowledge of film and TV production. The production manager should have a working knowledge of film and TV production beyond their specific job duties as they are required to communicate and coordinate with almost every department on a film set.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

8+ years of marketing production/project management and creative production experience at an entertainment brand, advertising or *** agency - within the entertainment industry.
Proven track record of managing large cross functional teams through successful marketing campaigns.
Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localisation workflows, deeply understanding the creative and production process for videos (trailers, TV spots, paid social creative, etc), Print/OOH & digital materials.
Fluent in Video, Print & Digital types and formats, whilst understanding the fundamentals of asset management, servicing and ad trafficking.
High competency and proven track record of project management for high profile local and global campaigns.
