We are looking for a LOCAL PA to help out our audience/background extra's director on set each day. We will be bringing 40-100 background extras to this shoot (depending on the day), where they will just be walking/mingling in the background. We need a PA to just help with the managing of extras on set -- everything from checking extras in, passing out releases & taking their pics on arrival, checking over their wardrobe for logos, escorting them to the restroom, getting them through the lunch line, making sure they remain on set, etc. You would NOT have to do anything with the AD, in terms of directing action or extras ON set.

You do not need to have a lot of experience working with audience / extras, but just a general understanding of how TV sets work, and be friendly & good at dealing with & speaking to people! STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS are helpful, as one of your main tasks will be collecting & checking appearance/material releases each morning.

This shoot is centrally located in Vegas (NOT on the strip), and we are looking to hire one person who can work all 3 days. We are filming from Tues 12/12 - Thurs 12/14. You must be able to work as a LOCAL in the area -- Travel/transportation/gas reimbursement is NOT provided.

Production management support

Experience Required
