Condé Nast Entertainment is looking for a Production Manager for our Branded Content production team. This position will work out of our office in lower Manhattan. The initial assignment will be 3 months, but we will extend the role for the foreseeable future for the right candidate. Please note that this is an office position and does not do any work in the field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Working with producers to book crew, locations and vendors
Processing standard production payments (payroll, invoices and wires)
Updating and wrapping project cost trackers
Generating agreements with our business and legal affairs team
Processing permits, COIs and carnet as needed
Reviewing and approving budgets
Reviewing call sheets, incident reports and standard legal releases
Organizing and completing wrap folders
Other production tasks as required by the productions at hand

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Detailed and clear communication skills

Job Description

The Production Manager for the Production & Operations department provides essential support on development and series 3rd party projects of various scales across the *** U portfolio including *** , *** , USA, Oxygen, Bravo, E! and SyFy. For each project, this individual will work closely with the Production & Operations Series Leads on driving the process forward from Pre-Production and Production through Post Production and Delivery.

Communicates directly with 3rd Party Production Companies to explain expectations with regard to pre-production, production, post production and delivery.

Job Description

The Technical Manager provides support for *** News, MS *** , and digital. This role will be responsible for managing the crew and production team to execute shows, as well as day-to-day operations.
