Youth & Recreational Sports group.
Youth & Recreational Sportsis comprised of technology platforms, such as SportsEngine , SportsEngine Motion , TourneyMachine , and TeamUnify that enable athletes, parents, coaches and team administrators in the youth and recreational space to manage their organizations, collect payments, share schedules, find programs to participate in and connect with other families. Additionally, NCSI enables leagues and organizations to properly screen and train coaches in an effort to keep kids safe.

• Build and maintain project plans with timelines split into milestones
• Effectively track activities and timelines of each project and proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks
• Collaborate within a team to meet client contractual obligations
• Represent the values and mission of *** Sports Next and the Professional Services team
• Other duties as assigned
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications for the Project Manager: • Prior Project Manager experience with application deployment projects for enterprise-level customers
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall, agile, and hybrid
• Ability to deliver projects that may not follow established processes
• Deeply customer-focused while also being able to recognize business perspective and team impacts
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Time management skills and ability to weigh the importance and urgency of tasks in order to efficiently manage multiple demands
Desired Skill Set for the Project Manager: • Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies and standards
• Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of change management strategies and processes to support people and organizations undergoing changes
• Ability to foster teamwork and establish rapport quickly
• Facilitation skills that support dialogue, comprehension, problem-solving, decision making and task accomplishment among individuals and groups
• Able to understand issues from multiple perspectives, translate into technical and non-technical languages, and collaborate with multiple business functions including users, vendors, internal work groups
• Demonstrated resilience and optimism in the face of challenges and obstacles
• Working knowledge of SportsEngine business structure, products, and value propositions
Additional Job Requirements- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
