As a full life-cycle Recruiter, you will partner with key leaders in our Pre-production, Production, and Post-production departments to fill creative roles with stellar talent, so that we can continue to create best-in-class original content for people around the world. You will play a meaningful role in shaping our company as we rapidly scale.

- You will build, manage, and execute all aspects of the full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding to find stunning candidates who help us create even more entertaining content
- Juggle multiple requisitions from department heads to individual contributors while ensuring a positive candidate experience for all
- Use your creativity to build innovative sourcing channels to find and attract stunning creative talent in an emerging industry
- Use a mix of traditional and nontraditional sourcing channels to meet stellar candidates where they are
- Sell the company’s numerous creative roles and opportunities to top talent in a passionate, effective and authentic manner

- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in the digital media and/or entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of the roles, responsibilities and production processes used by entertainment companies creating original content
- Ability to use nontraditional communication and sourcing channels such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to recruit top talent in the digital media industry
- Possess a large network of stellar talent in the digital media and entertainment industries
- Experience establishing, managing and utilizing an ATS to build and maintain an incredible pool of talent
- Ability to grow positive and credible long-term relationships with talent and deliver a great candidate experience
- Have a knack for knowing what strong talent looks like
- Possess a background in Human Resources
- Knowledge of California Compliance Law
- Los Angeles based is a plus
