The Account Management Digital Integration Intern will assist with amplifying segment and business priorities across *** Experiences. The person in this role must be highly motivated and bring a fresh thinking, nimble approach to the role. The ideal candidate is optimistic, a self-starter, and detail-oriented. The position requires writing, relationship building, and project management.
The intern in this position will be provided with the opportunity to truly be a contributing member of the team with exposure to multiple departments, a chance to present to leaders, and be provided with opportunities to stretch their skills and lead projects on their own.
This is a full-time internship for a duration of six months starting in June 2024 through the beginning of January 2025.
As the Account Management Digital Integration Intern, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Assist in the community management of multiple lines of business within *** Experiences social *** channels including content development, engagement, user-generated content (UGC) curation, editorial management and reporting.
- Assist in management of editorial calendar, content creation strategies and publication of owned *** /social content.
- Monitor landscape for trending content, social and Public Relations strategies that can drive the business in new and innovative ways.
- Build report recaps on campaign/project metrics and analyze results to provide valuable insights for future strategies.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships throughout the organization by partnering with cross-functional teams for creative needs, and amplification tactics.
- Provide on-property event support, as needed.
- Assist with additional larger team projects, as needed.
- Be an active contributor to a team that is nimble, creative, optimistic, and disruptive with fresh ideas.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Strong knowledge of social *** channels and platforms
- Previous relevant internship or experience
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications- Proficiency in project management software
- General understanding of the many global businesses represented within *** Experiences
- Familiarity with Adobe Design Programs
- Basic Video Editing Skills
- Previous *** experience
Required Education- A junior, senior or recent graduate pursuing a degree Public Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Customer Engagement, Social Communication, Broadcast Communications or other relevant subjects
Eligibility Requirements- Enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a *** College Program or *** Professional Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Not have completed one year of continual employment on a *** internship or program
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Alignment with The *** Look appearance guidelines
- This internship is a hybrid position - Ability to provide a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Program length - The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 - January 2025
- Be able to work FULL TIME hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the six-month internship
- Be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the session
