  • Title: Senior Level Creative Executive
  • Job Requirements: This is a remote job.

This senior-level creative executive will oversee all development and current programming. The Senior Vice President will help manage a team of four. The SVP will develop new shows and manage the overall direction of the brand.

Responsibilities:

- Be a primary point of contact for original unscripted content for the company. This role will contribute to the strategic direction of the brand and business as well as lead all original content development and production efforts

- Identify, develop, and produce original, non-scripted programs and formats

- Oversee the company's creative team

- Generate new original content strategies including identifying new material, partners, and opportunities

- Manage all aspects of development execution including casting, creative, noting cuts, communications, final delivery, etc.

- Build and maintain relationships with the Creative community including producers, directors, production companies, agents, and managers

- Ensure an innovative, positive, and solution-oriented environment for colleagues and staff aimed at always finding a way to support great ideas that will move the brand and business forward

Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 15 years working in television alternative/unscripted series development

- Strong experience managing a creative team

- Proven track record of developing hit television shows, extensive experience with a large, existing production company or network developing and producing non-scripted shows for broadcast and cable networks, in multiple genres

- Ability to find new, fresh non-scripted material and generate unique non-scripted program ideas

- Excellent relationships in the creative entertainment community

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Proven successful management and leadership skills

- Background in dealing with celebrity talent in terms of logistical management and deal making

- Strong communication skills and relationship building ability

- Team player who works well with others

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and high energy environment

- Willingness to travel and work overtime and on weekends with short notice

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Bachelor's degree preferred
