Ideal candidate will have Supervising experience on several verité based documentary projects, either series or feature length documentaries. Ideal candidates are used to managing a team of story producers and working with editors to keep post moving quickly and efficiently.

This role will not only help to oversee a team of story producers but will themselves work with the footage adding additional eyes and ears in helping to create string-outs, and footage pulls for the edit team. Story Producers will review all footage coming in from the field, create selects, build string outs and work with creative producers, editors, and director to help shape the story of the edit. Ideal candidates will have extensive avid experience and knowledge with credits on projects that are verité based. Looking for Indigenous Post AP storytellers for a non-scripted TV show that features Indigenous stories. The biggest caveat is that the story revolves around a Polish family, and there is a substantial amount of Polish in the script. We need someone who can speak and understand Polish, who can follow the dialogue, and even act as a translator for the director.

This is a contract on-site role for a Script Supervisor at 4 Ways Entertainment located in San Francisco, CA.
