Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Script Supervisor to join our production team for a TV pilot filming for 2 weeks in the Chicago area. Filming is scheduled between the end of August through early September. The script supervisor will be needed for 11, 12-hour days of filming.

The ideal candidate will ensure continuity throughout the filming process and support the director in maintaining the script's integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuity in wardrobe, props, set dressing, hair, makeup, and actor movement during filming.
- Collaborate closely with the director, script editor, and other departments to maintain the script's accuracy and continuity.
- Record the director's notes and keep detailed records of each take, including dialogue, actions, and camera angles.
- Communicate with actors, hair and makeup, and production departments to maintain all aspects of continuity.
- Prepare detailed continuity notes and reports for the editor and other post-production staff.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Script Supervisor or similar role in film or television production.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with directors, actors, and crew members.
- Strong understanding of film production processes and script formatting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree, certification or experience in set design, art direction, or a related field.
- Experience with script supervision software and tools is a plus.

Rate is $300 per day.
