While in the Writer role we expect someone who excels at conceptualizing a high volume of creative material in the form of outlines, treatments, screenplays, scripts and other related documents. This writer will get the opportunity to work on a multitude of formats; which could include sales presentations, product/services promo, on-going training series, commercials, unscripted or documentary formats, branded content, scripted shorts and the list goes on.

Be ready to tackle anything that is put in front of you. Writer will be assigned projects, and will be required to work with other Producers to create the best polished script possible, in a short amount of time. There will be review/notes processes at every stage of written material, as key stakeholders have a say. A final locked production-friendly shooting script; including all the standard location, scene description, wardrobe/props/set dressing information, as well as any camera, audio and graphics direction – is expected to be delivered on the specified date.

Ultimately this is only a general description of what might be asked of the Producer but must be able to wear multiple hats; including but not limited to Writer, Producer and/or Director.

The ideal candidate will have a passion, experience or at least some rudimentary understanding of firearms, gun laws and or shooting sports as a hobby. This will only help perform the job better, and also better understand the content being produced.
