Manager, Data & Targeting Ad Product

Key Responsibilities:

Develop consumer-first targeting and data insights capabilities in support of driving success for our advertising partners
Leverage strong analytical skills and an inquisitive nature to identify, design and execute an iterative product development and optimization pipeline
Ability to research consumer and advertiser trends to qualify product development decisions
Define and analyze KPIs that inform the success of products and efficiency of operations

Qualifications:

4+ years of digital *** , ad operations, or product management experience
Familiarity with large datasets and AI / ML-driven optimization models and algorithms is a big plus, specifically within the digital and linear advertising ecosystem/domain
Advanced expertise in Excel; and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc. is also a plus
Experience with and knowledge of buy-side and/or sell-side advertising data, digital ad serving and automated buying technologies for segmentation, targeting and insights against advertising use cases
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up product ideas & assumptions
Experience setting up processes for project intake and monitoring of and reporting on product health and success

While you may not have produced every visual in the work, you should show be able to show your ability to i *** uence and work with designers, graphic artists and data visualization specialists.

Full Time

Assist in managing the P&L forecasting process for all quarterly estimates, yearly budgets, and five-year strategic plans
Communicate regularly with finance leaders at each of *** Universal's business units to monitor performance metrics and synthesize trends
Perform P&L analysis for all forecasting cycles, including understanding each division's variances (e.g. vs. budget/prior year) and related risks and opportunities to the current forecast
Assist in the creation of presentations summarizing *** U's performance for Senior Management, Board of Directors, Investor Relations, etc.
Manage and maintain monthly pacing/reporting system

Qualifications
