What You Will Do:

Act as a lead contact for all activation fulfillment elements with sponsorship partners and advertisers like Seahawks, Kraken, Olympics, and others.
Coordinate *** elements and content (television, audio, digital, social *** , OTT (Over the Top), etc.).
Supervise the events and promotion execution, including retail marketing initiatives and non-gameday and community events and appearances.
Network and attend events to host and entertain clients. May include evenings and weekends.
Regularly track client audience delivery using ComScore ratings, digital impressions, and campaign fulfillment.
Build professional presentations based on client needs & business development opportunities.
Create and present seasonal recaps for sponsorships partners.
Attend sales meetings and sales trainings to gain sales, product and process knowledge and keep abreast of company products and services in order to articulate to clients, when appropriate.
Coordinate with leadership team across departments to identify station and client needs and timelines.
Partner with Account Executives on identifying new/incremental revenue based on campaign results.

Assist Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic management, make-goods, collection, and overall customer service.
Prepare all insertion orders prior to booking and ensure these orders have been precleared.

What You Need:

Minimum of two years of account management in a professional, fast-paced sports *** sales environment.
Proven record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred.
Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with clients, co-workers, and vendors to manage tight timelines.

WB Games is looking for an Operations Manager for its User Research team with a strong interest in supporting the day-to-day work of the research team.

As the Operations Manager, your focus is on maintaining and expanding the infrastructure of the research team's daily operations. Your Role Accountabilities...

Oversee and develop research labs at multiple sites to support numerous research projects globally:
- Onboard, supervise, and oversee the training of research operations staff, including those supervising remote labs.
- Manage the scheduling and productivity of research labs across multiple sites.
- Conduct or oversee regular maintenance of the research labs' hardware (computer stations, research tools) and software (licenses, updates) to ensure the team can meet research goals.
- Continuously seek ways to expand and improve the research labs' tools and processes, such as video streaming capabilities, new hardware for capturing additional insights, and solutions for remote playtesting.
- Identify any storage or equipment needs and take charge of purchasing necessary equipment and similar items.
- Assist in advocating for proper resources and processes with key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation for our in-lab tools.
Be the primary owner of the recruitment process for WB's User Research studies including:
- Expanding the breadth and depth of the participant database.
- Improving the quality and validity of our participants.
- Generating quarterly audits on the overall number of participants used, broken down by project and focus.
Track the finances of the user research team including authoring regular reports on project spend.
Ensure we have the adequate resources to execute vendor agreements and coordinate with vendors to meet required deadlines.
Manage legal document pipeline and policies and keep up to date with any guidelines from the legal team.

Qualifications and Experience...

Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience and success, required (e.g., business administration, operations/project management, or related field preferred).
Prior Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in a related operations role, ideally in user research.
Skills:
- Experience with setting up and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Experience handling vendor relations and agreements.

JOB DESCRIPTION
*** 13 in Seattle, WA has an im *** te opening for a Master Control Technician. This position is directly responsible for maintaining our on-air look and monitoring the output of multiple TV stations at our local Seattle facility while ensuring all FCC requirements are met. The Master Control Technician is also responsible for ensuring content is ingested and prepared for air well ahead of airtime and taking measures to get re-feeds when required. Communicating continuously with Traffic, News, Programming, and Creative Ser *** Departments verbally and by e-mails is critical to this position. The successful candidate must also master our on-air automation system and assist other operators as needed. Clear communication with Engineering is critical in this position in order to solve issues when they arise.
