Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sound Mixer to join our production team for an ENG shoot. As a Sound Mixer, you will be responsible for recording high-quality audio on location during the shoot.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate audio equipment for ENG shoots
- Collaborate with the producers and camera crew to ensure the highest quality audio
- Select and place microphones on talent, and adjust levels to achieve optimal sound quality
- Monitor audio throughout the shoot to ensure consistent levels and quality
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the shoot
- Record and label all audio files
- Communicate with the post-production team to ensure all audio files are delivered in the proper format and on time
- Maintain and organize all audio equipment

Requirements:

- 4-5 yrs experience as a Sound Mixer
- Knowledge of different types of microphones, recording equipment, software and their applications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shoot location

Hello! We are filming a pickup for one of our documentaries in Magna, Utah. We will be driving between Magna and Bountiful, so ideally can find a sound mixer in the SLC area.

Looking for a Chicago based field sound mixer for an upcoming shoot for a docu series filming 4/22 - 4/23. Must be experienced and comfortable with docu series sound mixing. The show is a mix of run and gun filming, sit down scenes, and interview segments. All crew must be vaccinated.

I am currently looking for an experienced Sound Operator who is local to Houston, TX to help with one day filming at Johnson Space Centre.

The filming will take place on Monday 3rd April.

We are looking for someone with High End observational documentary experience who are confident filming interviews as well as actuality.
