We are recording a live in person event. It is a small gathering 'teaching' and we are recording for archival purposes. There is an 'AV' setup needed - in person 'playback speakers.' And need to record the audio ENG style, with a guide track sent to cameras.

Looking for a Sound Mixer/Boom Operator for a short film. Shooting on Sept 25th & Sept 26th in Los Angeles.
Simple setting, small crew, only two actors.

We are seeking an experienced Audio Technician to join our team for a one-day shoot. Your primary responsibility will be to capture clear and high-quality audio for testimonial interviews.

Responsibilities:

Operate and manage audio equipment during the filming of testimonial interviews.
Set up and position a boom microphone to ensure optimal audio capture.
Ensure that all audio equipment is properly connected and functioning, particularly the boom mic hooked up to the camera.
Monitor audio levels throughout the interviews and make real-time adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot any audio issues that arise during the shoot.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Audio Technician or similar role.
Must bring a boom microphone that can hook up to the camera.
Proficient with audio equipment and software.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain professionalism on set.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a sound mixer at a vendor booth at Twitch Con (gaming convention) at the San Diego Convention center.

Dates: September 20th - 22nd

You will be stationed at the exhibitor booth alongside a camera operator and a producer as they document/get coverage of the event (ENG style), activations, and interviews, etc.

Jupiter Entertainment seeks an experienced Sound Mixer as local as possible to Indianapolis to join us on Fatal Attraction from 9/26 to 9/28. Gear will be provided (a full list of what we will send will be provided upon hire/request).

This shoot will consist of single on-camera talent with one camera for sit-down interviews (taking place indoors) and b-roll. True crime experience is strongly preferred.

You will be joined by a DP and remote Field Producer, so a team-oriented attitude is a must!
