Standard talking-head interview setup, and potential short interviews on location.

May 8 & 9.

Having mixing setup required. Looking for at least 6 tracks, 2 LAVs, Boom. Additionally, speaker and ComTex kits preferred.

$750 / 12 hours labor, and $300 / day for kit fee.

Looking for an experienced Sound Mixer for a public television food series we are filming in the Kennett Square and Lancaster areas August 24th & 25th. Depending on your proximity to our locations, mileage will be provided. (All locations are within a 2 hour drive of Philadelphia, or 1 hour drive of Lancaster.)

We'll be capturing interviews, b-roll and walk and talks using 2x C70s & 1 R5C. Kit must included tentacles to sync up the time code (1 per camera), personal mixing/recording gear, a boom mic/pole (incl and 3 lavs.

Docu-Style Branded Content Shoot about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA. A very simple day in our talent's home with a small crew.

Need to have own sound mixer, boom, slate, 2x wireless lavs, and be able to sync timecode to camera.

Looking for a sound mixer for a true crime series shooting in Bellevue/Seattle, WA.

Main shoot set up is a 2 camera talking head interview, we shoot about 2 sit down interviews a day. Sometimes we will also shoot OTF interviews/walk and talks.

Gear requirements are 2x lav mics and a boom for the interviews. We will not need comteks. The extra lav would only be employed during the walk and talks (if applicable).

Jupiter Entertainment seeks an experienced Sound Mixer as local as possible to Virginia Beach/Norfolk, VA to join us on American Detective 4/30 & 5/1. Gear will be provided and a full list shared upon hire.

You will be joined by a small crew consisting of a Field Producer, DP, AC, Gaffer, PA and HMU.

A 1-2 day documentary shoot for a California based organization called Hope the Mission. The documentary will follow the founders on their 3500 mile bike ride across the country to raise awareness and funds to combat the homeless crisis!

The shoot will be a half day from approximately 2pm-6pm with a series of straight forward interviews and b roll with individuals, service providers and elected officials.

The job is for a charitable organization so everyone that is engaged on the project are all making the same day rate.

Applicant to submit Deal Memo and W-9 and Invoice. Payment schedules are the 1st and 15th of each month.
The organization can also offer a tax write-off.

We are looking for a solid Sound Mixer to join our team April 25th - 28th for season 3 of a true crime series for Oxygen.

Filming will consist of sit-down interviews. Audio files will be uploaded immediately after the interview wraps for transcription, as well as offloaded to the physical drive. We will be shooting on two Sony FS7s or comparable Sony cameras - Exact cameras TBC. A Post Bible will be provided upon hire.

Looking for an audio mixer local to Mayfield, Kentucky or Clarksville, TN for a new show on weather events. Shooting interviews in Mayfield, KY day 1, and either Clarksville or Mayfield day 2 (TBD).

We are filming a sports documentary series for a major sports association that will air on ESPN.

We are looking for a Sound Mixer for a field shoot happening in the Chicago area on 4/17.

The series is a typical documentary series, featuring: run and gun components, sit-down interviews, on-the-fly interviews, scenics, and "hero/portrait" shots.

The proposed shoots consists of a day in the life of an athlete.

Shooting on a Arri Amira. And a smaller camera (most likely Sony FX3) on a gimbal.

Shooting a pretty simple industrial for Mor Furniture later this month in Tacoma. It's just an actor/host talking to camera about the furniture lines to be used in CCTV on the showroom floors. Looking for a sound mixer who could either boom or set up a lav and capture audio of the host speaking to camera. 4-6 hours of work. Date hasn't been set yet. Looking at late April.


This rate does not include the kit fee.

Looking for a seasoned TV sound mixer who is experienced working with the Sound Device 888 mixer/recorder. For single subject sit down interviews in a closed indoor space. This is a new series for Investigation ID and may contain sensitive case information. Bonus points if you have previous experience with True Crime or Docu Series shows.

The work day is 12 hours and audio gear (Sound Device 888 Mixer Kit) is provided by the production company.

* 5+ years of filming experience required
* Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours
* Must be able to pick up and carry at least 50lbs
