This program is a very straightforward sports documentary format: some sit-down interviews, some walk-and-talk moments, practice, training, and the game itself.

The project is operating on a fixed flat rate budget and a rate of $850/Day/12hr (including audio package) for this role. 6 total days.

Total of up to 5 channels recorded at any one time, 3 stick mics (as referenced above) a boom mic above the talent using the stick mics plus (1) lav mic on an off-camera host. You'd record everything locally to your recorder and send a mix to 2 cameras (Sony FX6). Some interviews will be just one talent at a time, others two at a time but the maximum would be three people at a time.

Seeking sound recordist for "Thanksgiving," a short film about family, fatherhood, and pie. "Thanksgiving" tells the story of a recently divorced father who realizes, amidst a shambolic attempt to host Thanksgiving for his young daughter, that sacrifice and accepting help can enhance him as a man and father, rather than diminish him.

Sound will be essential for this story. We seek to use sound to build tension and create a realistic and believable world for our characters.

Spill is an interview series where we ask local New Yorkers various questions from, "worst subway experience," to, "views on certain policies." We are looking to create a dialogue and use our platform to bridge gaps.

Production Date: Sunday, February 5th
Location: This will be an in-person shoot that films in Brooklyn, New York.
Day: 8-10 hour day with up to 20 interviews.

We need an audio recordist with a wireless mic, boom + stand, and mixer who's able to sync to camera. It's a corporate shoot on a white cyc in a studio on the border of Los Angeles and Glendale. This is a non-union shoot.

$600/10 hours + $250 kit fee/day

Audio Field Engineer: This role will be responsible for recording 2-4 talent each day for a reality style design show for a senior living brand. You will be filling the primary audio role, and will have a second audio person working with you.

Gear: We ask that you provide an audio recorder, lav mics, and a boom mic. We will provide timecode sync boxes.

We will be filming one episode per day, in a different community each day in the greater Dallas area. This position is for 3 days from Feb 23 - 25.

Need a killer Audio Supervisor for a documentary-style home reno shoot for major cable network, shooting 2 days (March 20-21). Doc/Home Reno credits are a MUST. Most of this shoot will be outdoors, with some indoor interviews. Please highlight your experience in your application. The Health Education Design Group is a grant funded organization that produces training programs for various state and federal organizations. We are currently looking for a Boom Operator for a short film we are producing to be used in one of these trainings. You'll work with our in house sound mixer to capture the best audio possible. Right now the shoot is scheduled for 23-24 Feb. Looking for someone who can self report to Harrisonburg, VA but housing will be provided. This is a low budget project, we can offer $300/12 for per day, plus a travel bump to help cover gas. I understand this is a low rate, so students and people with little experience (but willingness/eagerness to learn sound) are encouraged to apply. The crew has been working together for years and works on many higher budget projects as well, and we are constantly looking for boom ops.
