Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (Not Santo Domingo, ignore location on posting)

Requirements:

- Must be local to Punta Cana
- Must speak both English and Spanish
- Must have corporate event experience

Responsibilities:

- Ensure everything happening in front of the cameras is running smoothly
- Communicate with presenters (giving direction, making them feel comfortable, etc.)
- Ensure performers are on stage on time, and prepared
- Control stage set
- Assist with stage movements during performance

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Day and Staff Call-Time: Sat 4/27/24 @ 6am

Event Hours: 12pm - 4pm

Estimated End: 6pm or as needed

Event Activations / Games: Interactive Units

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows

- Understanding of Music licensing, as the production will shoot live bands performances and will need to ensure we have all necessary licenses

NYC based production company seeks Full Time Line Producer for upcoming Amazon documentary project. Position would potentially start as early as May 6th and run through roughly late July/early August. Applicant must be local to NYC. Documentary Production experience preferred, but not required. While most work will be remote, some travel may be involved. Travel expenses to be covered by production.

Over two days, we're capturing an industrial video to support a software company. We will be moving between several locations, so private transport is required. It should be a blast!
