This position will act as the primary liaison *** ween the control room, on-air talent, and stage crew. Responsible for technical interface *** ween production crew and producers and meets daily with producers and directors to determine needs of upcoming segments, identifying production elements including props and set elements.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for maintaining a professional environment on the studio floor
• The ability to read an ENPS show rundown
• Cue talent and relay pertinent information to the studio staff
• Manage time for all on studio floor including visitors and guests
• Stay aware of constant changes within the show's broadcast
• Lead the studio production crew at the same time keeping the on-air talent at ease
• Relay information from the director/Overdrive operator to the on-air talent

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must be willing to work varied shifts which may include: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 to 5 years-progressive experience working. Job Description

The Production Manager will serve as the organizational, technical, logistical lead for MS *** Digital and the MS *** video content team. The Production Manager organizes teams of writers, producers and editors who produce content all day.

You must have exceptional organizational skills. An experienced project manager who is highly organized, thrives on meeting deadlines, and takes initiative to get things done. This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration for College Football season (Mid-Late May to December) unless otherwise amended.

As a Production Assistant, you are responsible for assisting production personnel in all phases of sports production for *** 's College Football coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Organize weekly edit projects for producers and editors
• Gather video and photo assets to use in packages and other elements
• Reach out to PR teams and third parties for asset collection
• Pitch game or studio ideas in weekly meetings with the assigned production team
• Help create select sequences for producers to use when editing teases - assisting with shot selection and securing footage
• Restore and manage offline *** and retrieve archived assets from MAM
• Archive and catalogue footage

• Create and log melts for College Football games and distribute to various networks

The Position

Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
• Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
• Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
• Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
• Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
• Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
• Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
• Coordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logistics
• Provide support with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field;or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum two (2+) years' experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility
• Basic knowledge of Sports production

• Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
• Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly
• Act as a liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Programming/Development, Multiplatform, Social, Publicity, *** , Legal, Ad Sales, etc.
• Effectively communicate project details such as deadlines, changes in schedule, and legal feedback to internal teams
• Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and act as key communicator with vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Book VO Artists and VO auditions. Manage VO contracts, scheduling, and invoicing
• Maintain all marketing music cues and reports
• Code, process and track all production team invoices. Partner with VP Production and the finance team on coding, accruals, pacing, financial quarter close, and new vendor setups.
• Help maintain campaign production budgets in airtable. Work with project managers to keep all estimates and billing up to date.
• Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar for the SVP of Creative.
• Assist SVP of Creative with travel coordination and expenses.
• Partner with SVP to assist with other creative projects as needed.
• Actively participate in department and team brainstorms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post production
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV & Film or Advertising/Marketing preferred
• Must be willing to occasional longer hours on weeknights and some weekends
• Knowledge of tools: Slack, Airtable, Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-sale process:

• Ability to build and maintain tracking documents with attention to detail.

Create Sales and Marketing Materials to help drive *** and Sponsorship Sales Strategy:

The Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC) is *** Universal's first 24/7 digital operation predicated on delivering holistic OTT content distribution, proactive monitoring, and issue resolution across the entire portfolio of VOD and Live streaming ecosystems.

TheDigital Operations Coordinator(L1) is tasked with executing the daily monitoring of Digital NOC processes to ensure the proper distribution of all *** Universal/ *** digital and linear properties. The Coordinator requires a strong working knowledge of all functions within the operation and monitors system health through a combination of "eyes on glass" and alert base monitoring. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to IRD management, real-time platform validation, issue investigation, and de *** management. Overall, a Digital Operations Coordinator (L1) is accountable for validating the set standards of reliability across the linear and digital environment, by properly monitoring all designated workflows and adhering to established performance thresholds.

• Partner with Engineering teams to manage terrestrial and cloud distribution architectures
