DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Hardware Asset Management Analyst is a member of the Hardware Asset Management team. Ensure all assets are appropriately and accurately recorded in the asset management system and work with Finance & Operations to ensure the accuracy of the data in WBD's asset management system and procurement system
Responsible for processing & tracking, and auditing pending equipment repairs, product returns, loaned or demonstration products delivered to WBD, and asset transfers across the organization
Coordinate project staging and installation with WBD project managers, global support teams, vendors, and logistics providers for 80+ concurrent projects

Asset Lifecycle Management

Accountable for managing global inventory for capital surplus assets, operational spare assets, and consumable parts
Comprehensive technical knowledge of the function of all assets in WBD's inventory is required to facilitate product substitutions due to the inability to acquire new products or cost avoidance opportunities
Maintain secure and organized storage areas across multiple sites in the US and ensure the accuracy of the inventory in both the capital surplus and operating parts

Performs the retirement and disposal of company assets in line with established WBD policies and procedures
Responsible for auditing compliance of established policies and procedures, system operations, enhancements, and data integrity.
Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations and adherence to process standards

National Geographic is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Social *** to oversee strategic and creative social campaigns for Nat Geo title and editorial pages. In this role, you will be responsible for handling title campaigns from production to launch - with best-in-class creative social stunts, community strategies, as well as creative asset development and delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to have an eye towards editorial and always-on social executions.

We are looking for a passionate digital strategist who has experience managing social marketing campaigns, agency work, internal team relationships and busy timelines. Excelling in this role requires a knowledge of what is trending/current on social, an aptitude for developing insights-driven global strategies, a deep and current knowledge of each platform's offerings, how to best utilize i *** uencers, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content and creative and excellent project management skills. You will work with and on key social *** and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat as well as seek out emerging platforms that can help grow our fan base and brand.

Responsibilities

Be a leading voice on the Nat Geo social marketing team.
Partner closely with the marketing team to create high-impact and conversation-driving social Nat Geo title campaigns for our highest profile titles.
Support in management and growth on Nat Geo editorial accounts.
Communicate social strategy, campaign voice, and platform strategy through each title's marketing brief.
Advise on, communicate and implement best social *** practices and cultural landscape as it pertains to the title.
Evolve tactics throughout each campaign as new data emerges.
Partner with the broader marketing title teams on talent social training, onset social capture, live social *** event coverage, digital activations and paid *** creative, i *** uencer activations etc.
Work closely with marketing to create high impact moments around title debuts, announcements, press etc.
Manage creative development of social content through the pipeline including giving creative direction and notes, along with securing final approvals and sign-off.
Develop and own goals and performance metrics for the social handles you oversee.
Monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster and build excellent working relationships with talent, filmmakers and show-runners, including educating on social *** .
Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of social *** marketing experience.
Prior experience managing at least 1 direct report.
Presentation experience.
Deep understanding of social platforms.
Creative, proactive, and independent thinking skills.
Strong solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong creative writing skills.
Effective communication skills in both verbal and written for.
Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships.
Extreme attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Leynote, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
Proficiency with project management tools including Airtable, Asana, etc.
Experience leading creative content development and production.
Experience managing large budgets and high-profile campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social *** content management and reporting systems.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Digital/Social, TV/Film or Business.
