Production company is looking for a seasoned producer to lead the charge on a high-priority network presentation in the paranormal space.

We have the talent and creative secured, but are looking for someone with plenty of experience in the field on paranormal investigations. Someone to take our foundation and build an amazing presentation out of it.

Schedule still in flux, but approx 1.5 weeks of prep, 2 days of shoot. While this is a shorter run dev project, there is a possibility of rolling onto one of the company's series after project's completion.

Your New Role...

The Producer for Food Network develops and creates new programming, and takes on production responsibilities on projects including: late seasons of established series, ITK programming, major revisions to new inventory, 'A level' reversions of acquisitions, new content based on existing library content, amongst others. Works closely with Supervisor to ensure deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Handle a prime time late season established series that continues to need production and editorial oversight. This includes working with production company and PMD on schedule, budget questions, casting, editorial screening, deliverables and working with all in house departments including talent relations, marketing, press, ad sales, scheduling and production management.

Handle 'A Level' program reversioning as assigned. Includes developing production schedule, working with Talent Relations to select and coordinate narrator/talent, working with editing department, collaborating with legal department to identify potential legal issues, supervising off-line, on-line, narration record and mix sessions.

Coordinate special projects such as internal/external presentation tapes for industry markets/events, quarterly tapes, corporate events, etc.

Facilitate program fixes (changes in narration, graphics, picture, and audio, as needed) and in-house editorial as required.

For assigned projects, manage project production schedule for contract compliance and overall project workflow. Track deliverables and communicate fulfillment of production milestones, production issues or changes, to project team members and manager.

Manage and distribute production delivery schedules, episode descriptions, and other relevant program updates using appropriate databases.

As required for assigned project, coordinate and communicate with other DCI departments. Including:

Press/IPR - Provide treatments, episode descriptions, cuts, production delivery dates and shoot locations.

Programming - Provide episode descriptions, episode and show titles, program clips for as sales reels, delivery updates, and Upfront information. Develop alternative program titles, facilitate title clearance process, provide parental ratings, and recommend viewer advisories.

Production Management - Provide timely updates on production schedules, milestone payment confirmation and other deliverables information.

JOB DESCRIPTION

America Reports is looking for a talented, organized, and motivated Associate Producer/Writer who has a natural curiosity for news and politics. The Associate Producer/Writer will write anchor scripts, including readers, VOSOTs, as well as guest and reporter hit intros. Snappy lower thirds and teases are a must. The Associate Producer/Writer will be able to work well under deadline pressure, have stellar communication skills, and have the drive to win.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Write copy for anchors, including readers, teases, and intros
Pitch and develop unique and compelling stories that meet all required editorial standards
Watch events and log material to identify news highlights and flag news developments
Stay on top of the latest editorial information and communicate changes to anchors and managers in a fast-paced atmosphere
Perform research, find, cut, and produce elements, and write scripts as needed
Coordinate daily story development and report to the senior and executive producers in New York

**** YOU **** NEED

3+ years of experience in television production
Bachelor's Degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
Strong logistical and editorial skills with knowledge of national and international politics
Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, multitask, and prioritize daily and especially in a breaking news environment
Familiarity with iNews, Dalet, and VIZ preferred

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $61,000.00-74,250.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Executive Producer
*** Live ( *** NL) is looking for an Executive Producer to lead the #1 streaming channel's rapidly growing morning program " *** Live First". The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure particularly in breaking news situations, have extensive live control room experience, be a master storyteller, knowledgeable of all things hard news and pop culture, be a creative collaborator and understand the state of streaming and the future of news in the non-linear space.

Responsibilities:
The candidate should be ready to take the helm of *** Live First and help take the programming block to the next level. They will also work closely with *** Live's Executive Director on special programming and the Good Morning America team on e-commerce and lifestyle segment synergies. As the Executive Producer of *** Live First, the candidate should be an expert when it comes to news of day, thrive in breaking news events, be responsible for taking the show from a rundown to live broadcast . The candidate will also collaborate with leaders throughout the news division, including the leaders of Good Morning America, and GMA3 and be prepared to lead Special Events on *** Network.

The candidate should also help manage *** NL's relationships with studio & field production teams, graphics, HR, finance and business strategy teams and be a champion of innovative, highly collaborative, diverse culture that promotes idea generation, open communication, respect for others, and excellence. The candidate must be able to work with on-air talent, both from a producing/writing perspective while in the control room and have a strong background and understanding of the needs of 24/7 news. The candidate must also be willing to travel on occasion for breaking news and be willing to make decisions during off hours.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of live producing experience in one or more of the following areas: broadcast, cable, major local news market, streaming news. Candidates should have extensive live control room and longform experience as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of iNews (or other similar producing software).
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree (TV/Film/Journalism or related field) or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $245,800 - $337,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
