Job Description

The Talent Assistant position on Access Hollywood is expected to support Talent with their day-to-day responsibilities on the show.

Essential Responsibilities :

Overall support of Talent, including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, clearing drive-ons, submitting expenses, maintaining calendar, errands, organizing travel, arrangements, setting up appointments, and other duties and projects as assigned.
Responsible for social *** updates and research.
Frequently seek out, compile and print relevant research for Talent.
Stay current on pop culture, entertainment news stories.
Maintain communication with Show producers and other departments to stay up-to-date on what is happening on the Shows and provide support for the talent.
Offer Editorial Support & Logging as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Minimum 1-year experience working with Microsoft Suite

1+ years working as assistant in Entertainment Industry preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and creative Booking Producer to join Outnumbered . The Booking Producer is responsible for booking guests, making pitches, and handling newsmaker requests. It further requires strong feature and segment production and a strategic vision for bookings. This individual is the show's booking representative and is responsible for continuously upgrading bookings for live daily interviews in addition to special projects. The Booking Producer is also responsible for researching and pitching unique new guests, and compelling segments daily, and for future planning. This person must be familiar with all aspects of television production including graphics, editing, digital newsgathering, and live remote broadcasting, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

The Booking Producer must also be able to react quickly in breaking news situations and line up officials, lawmakers, outside reporters, and principals while we are live, as well as when news breaks during the day. The Booking Producer should also have a strong grasp of using social *** to find people involved in breaking news situations in remote areas. This person must also be able to develop, cultivate, and maintain new guest relationships on behalf of the program and the network.

This position may require travel for breaking news bookings.

5+ years of newsroom experience in television, including booking and producing experience
