We use InEntertainment and it would be great if you were familiar with this program as well as iMovie and quicktime.

Our salary range is $20-$23 per hour.

Must be based in LA. Hours are 10am - 7pm.

We are looking for an experienced talent coordinator for a reality game show. Candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills. Candidate must be willing to work long hours and deal with occasional high pressure situations. Must have a love for hip hop culture.

Project: Docu-series recreations in (2) 3-week shoot blocks

Job description:
* Procure non-union talent options to present to
producers, based on producer specifications, and
within the designated timeline.
* Source casting options through traditional and non-
traditional means like online posts and free casting
websites.
* Negotiate talent rates to fit within budget parameters.
* Track and maintain casting grids with producer
feedback on talent options, talent availability, and
booking status.
* Confirm talent bookings and track them in a live
spreadsheet.
* Acquire the necessary releases and deal memos for all
talent.
* Communicate shoot & shoot day specifics to booked
Talent as requested by the production team.

Pre-requisites:
* Must have documentary / docu-series experience
* Must be willing to work independently (there is no
casting assistant on the project)
* Must be local to Philadelphia
* Must work with non-union talent / be able to
negotiate non-union rates
* Must work as an independent contractor
* Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively
* Must be familiar with Google Docs & Microsoft Office,
including Teams & Filestore applications
* Must have reliable transportation
* MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE & BE VERY FLEXIBLE

New series looking for a solid casting associate / recruiter who can handle many tasks and support senior team. Job will include finding talent, vetting talent, updating casting grids, finding assets for edit, and writing one sheets. A plus if you have experience with interviewing via zoom, can edit on premiere, and have graphic design abilities.

This series is also casting out of the US, and this person must be comfortable working on another time zone. Only apply if you have solid casting experience.

Looking for a super organized Casting Associate with dating show experience. You will be responsible for the following

* Outreach
* Booking interviews for 2 casting producers
* Keeping a super organized grid
* Following up with cast for pictures
* Writing one sheets

This is a super fun show but with HIGH VOLUME so must be proficient on all social media platforms and able to find HOT singles and a lot of them. Files from past shows would be helpful!
