Two Talent Managers at Authentic Talent & Literary Management in LA are looking for an experienced assistant to join their team. Must be organized, even-tempered, have great phone manners and be ready to pivot priorities at the last minute.

Responsibilities include: scheduling calls, rolling calls, expense reports, reading scripts, submissions, travel coordination for manager and clients, handling client needs and sending appointments. We use InEntertainment and it would be great if you were familiar with this program as well as iMovie and quicktime.

Would strongly prefer someone with at least one year of production or agency related experience. If you’re looking to learn about management, love actors and like reading scripts - this could be the job for you!

Our salary range is $20-$23 per hour.

Must be based in LA. Hours are 10am - 7pm.

Responsibilities:

Overall support of Talent Department including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, submitting expenses, maintaining calendar and talent related spreadsheets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on pop culture and entertainment news.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
