QYOU is looking for an LA-based Talent Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing, award-winning Influencer Marketing team. At The QYOU we harness the power of creators and their communities for world-class influencer marketing / social media campaigns for leading brands and clients such as Paramount, HULU, Disney, Hyundai, Ubisoft, CAPCOM, Warner Bros, Sony, and many more.

As the Talent Partnerships Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams to support talent research, outreach, communications, reporting, and ensuring proper paperwork is executed throughout the campaign lifecycle. Reporting to both the Senior Director of Talent Partnerships and the VP of QYOU Studios, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with experience in sourcing talent and working with talent agents and managers. Previous work with influencers on social platforms, especially TikTok, executing digital marketing campaigns, and discovering up-and-coming creators are all nice to haves.

Candidates for this position are highly motivated, adaptable, self-assured team players with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

This role is fast-paced, requiring exceptional attention to detail,, a positive mindset, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects concurrently throughout various stages of campaign execution.

*Please be aware that while we are currently operating remotely, occasional in-person meetings and shoots in the Los Angeles area may be required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive research to identify and source talent for campaign talent lists.
- Maintain an updated list of trending influencers sourced from internal research for potential campaign collaborations.
- Coordinating internal documentation, including contracts, pricing, viewership metrics, contact details, and recent content samples of target talent for individual campaigns.
- Leveraging social media tools such as Creator Marketplace, Tagger and Trendpop to identify suitable creators aligned with campaign requirements
- Initiating outreach to talent managers to facilitate campaign bookings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- The ability to learn quickly and not be afraid to ask questions or for help.
- A strong interest in entertainment (film, TV, gaming) and basic knowledge of the industry.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, especially TikTok.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Box, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms.
