As the Head Booker, you will be at the forefront of our show's content creation, playing a pivotal role in identifying, pitching, and booking engaging guests for our program. Your expertise and connections will contribute to shaping our show's success and reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of bookers; providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Oversee all booking assignments and work closely with teams across departments within the organization

- Identify and research potential guests who align with our show's themes and target audience.

- Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of contacts, including publicists, agents, industry professionals, and potential human interest interviewees.

- Pitch and secure high-profile guests for interviews, ensuring a diverse and captivating lineup.

- Collaborate closely with executive management, producers, and host to craft compelling story angles.

- Stay informed about current events, entertainment industry trends, and relevant topics to propose timely and relevant guests.

- Coordinate logistics for guest appearances, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and any special requirements.

- Attend industry events, screenings, and networking opportunities to foster relationships and stay informed about potential guests.

- Contribute innovative ideas for show segments, themes, and special features.

- May require some travel and candidates will be expected to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend hours, as well as holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent booking.

- Proven track record of securing notable and diverse guests for interviews.

- Experience in leading and managing a team, demonstrating effective team coordination, organization and development skills.

- Strong network of contacts in the entertainment, media, and related industries.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to communicate clearly, multi-task and prioritize.

- Candidate must possess strong editorial judgment, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Creative thinker with the ability to identify unique story angles and guest opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).

A popular Youtube channel is looking for a talent booker to help find a well-known Musician to participate in a one day shoot where they'll give a pep talk and inspire a singer-turned-mom to get back on stage to perform the national anthem at a major sporting event.

Synopsis: Our main talent is a trained singer and ever since she was a little girl her biggest dream was to perform the national anthem at a sporting event. But, since she became a mom, she has had to put that dream on hold to take care of her kids. Now she has a big opportunity to relaunch her career but she thinks she has lost her ability to sing. Her family knows she still "has it" and has just lost her confidence. So they arrange a meeting with a talented musician (This is where you come in!) who gives her a pep talk and inspires her to get back out there and regain the confidence to perform live at the end of the day.

Shoot date: slated for mid-November

We are seeking candidates for a Talent Manager on a premium documentary series, set to begin pre-production in October of 2023. The Talent Manager will be the day-to-day liaison between the primary subjects of the series and the creative and production teams. There will be at least a dozen individuals to manage, each with various planned events that may overlap with each other. Candidate will need to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana approximately from October - March. Working local to Louisiana is a plus.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Tracking and coordinating multiple subject schedules.
Explore new story possibilities based on subject event schedule.
Organizing cast travel, if necessary, in conjunction with production team.
Ongoing communication with subjects and subjects' reps or related parties.
Providing cast with releases and filming updates as needed.
Communicating all relevant information and working closely with Producers, Director, Production Company as needed.

The candidate should have a relevant work history in line with this position which includes but is not limited to field producing, associate producing, story producing, and talent management/producing.

Seeking a hard-working, proactive and talented casting producer to help an in-house head of casting at a busy non-scripted production company. Starts at 2-3 weeks with potential for much longer extension for the right candidate. Seeking someone to help on various projects.

Duties include:
Zoom interviews - Someone with a keen sense of story (docu-series experience a big plus)
