We are looking for a Talent Coordinator for an upcoming season for a Netflix show.
We are looking for someone who is able to communicate well with others. This person must be organized and timely. We are looking for someone that is able to take directives and able to work well under pressure.
This show will be filming in New Orleans. Candidate must be a local or able to work in New Orleans on their own.
The Talent Coordinator's tasks will include:
- Constantly interacting with the talent and producers on set
- Managing talent's daily schedule
- Guiding the talent throughout the day
- Making sure all talent is where they need to be at the correct time.
- Collecting lunch orders
- Assisting the talent with their daily needs while on set

Established Los Angeles based production company is seeking a full-time, experienced casting director/producer for in-house unscripted casting with an emphasis on development and character outreach. Must have the ability to find great characters for which to build shows around. We’re open to this position being remote.

Qualifications: Must have 4+ years of casting experience, be well versed in social media outreach, excellent at directing fantastic performances over Skype/Zoom interview, and able to edit casting tapes.

Description:
Looking for someone with energy and personality to select contestants for a dynamic and beloved game show. Duties include heavy in-person interviewing, building a contestant line-up for each episode based on quick interactions with all in attendance, and maintaining energy and communication with both the audience & crew throughout the episode.

This person not only interviews everyone person who attends a taping, they’re responsible for setting a tone of excitement, hospitality, and fun. You need to be able to talk to anyone, get a sense of someone’s personality quickly, and be able to recall details and feelings. You will be most successful if you are able to turn on your high energy and maintain it, if you can have fun with people from all walks of life, and if you can share your enthusiasm in a genuine and inviting way. You also will need to be decisive, flexible, and articulate, especially when pitching the lineup and communicating needs to the casting team. This position needs to be able to absorb a lot of energy and responsibility and channel it out in a productive and effective way. Quick decisions, trusting your gut, and making changes on the fly are daily requirements. We tape 2-3 episodes in a day, so energy and stamina are also essential.

Outside of day-to-day production duties, pre-production work looks like watching and grading video submissions, combing through the contestant database for individuals/teams for special episodes, building & pitching line-ups for those specials ahead of time, and maintaining contact with the casting company to evaluate and cover all audience needs.

-experience casting from an audience/group, plus if experience with game shows
-comfortable with lots of people, especially conducting interviews and leading a crowd

About this Role:
This is a full-time role, working on both tape days and non-tape days/weeks throughout the season, which is about 9 months long. On days when we’re not taping and on stage, this role will be responsible for watching & evaluating contestant videos, working ahead on specials, and collaborating with the rest of the production team for ongoing projects.

Looking for a Casting Producer or Casting Agency with experience casting non-union actors. Experience casting diverse actors is a huge plus. True crime series with recreation scenes. Will be about 10-12 actors per episode. Job starts end of May and runs through end of August.

Looking for a Casting Producer to cast for an upcoming renovation series based in Nashville, TN.

This position can be remote, but it is a requirement that the person is familiar with Nashville.

Must have prior experience casting for a renovation series and finding clients for the show's talent to work with.

Seeking a casting assistant for a historical docu-series for a major cable network.

Job responsivities:

During prep:
-support the Casting Director in casting and coordinating talent for the recreations
-assist in managing and organizing all cast related documents
-liaise with the wardrobe dept on fittings schedules
-assist with scheduling call backs, and fittings for all actors
- be on location for cast fittings to handle paperwork
-manage all SAG paperwork and talent contracts during the prep and shoot periods

On Set:
-be well versed in SAG paperwork for Television contracts
-handling cast needs on set on all shoot days including assisting the 2nd AD with wrangling talent on set, making calls to background actors before shoots, and managing paperwork for principal and BG actors each day

MUST BE:
-highly motivated and an independent worker
-experienced and versed in SAG paperwork
-highly organized and thorough with paperwork
-local to the Philly area

Job will be for a total of 11 weeks starting June 13 and work would be split up into two blocks of time
