TALENT PRODUCER
at TubeScience
We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Talent Producer to join the world’s largest performance video agency!
Since our founding 5 years ago, TubeScience has grown into a global “Top 5” agency, serving top-tier performance advertisers. Our clients spend more money on paid social than all but 4 of the largest agency holding companies in the world.
Your mission will be to help our creative producers, directors, and editors get great footage and performances from talent across the USA and the world. Along the way, you’ll have a front-row seat to learn and grow your abilities and skills, working closely with a cross-functional team of experts in strategy, media and production.
Location: This role is fully remote-flexible. Our core business hours are 11am-4pm Pacific time. As long as you can be online during those hours, you can live anywhere in North America. If you live in Los Angeles, you can also work out of our incredible 2.5 acre Studio campus in the Arts District.
What You'll Do
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to curate and cultivate the best talent possible for each client and their creative needs. You'll work with late-stage to publicly-traded companies in a wide variety of industries such as gaming, health, fin-tech, and eCommerce.
What makes you a strong candidate
You’re part producer, part director, part coach. You’re passionate about building relationships with actors, influencers, and real consumers, and have experience doing so. You have a natural interest in people and have the ability to spot star quality in talent. You get excited about the possibility of working with different types of talent ranging from real consumers, to actors, to social media influencers. You are a great communicator and love getting talent excited about the projects that you work on. You’re highly organized and can manage multiple campaigns at once.
Responsibilities
-Develop bulletproof talent roster by building and maintaining strong relationships with talent
-Manage multiple casting and influencer projects for clients at various stages of production
-Report on talent performance and provide information efficiently to the right stakeholders
-Identify additional talent opportunities across all available platforms for your clients
-Report Quarterly and Annually to your talent on the state of their content and performance
-Assess and manage cross functional projects against objectives and goals
-Own self-directed/influencer campaigns from end to end
-Work cross functionally and develop strong relationships with client teams
-Be an all around TubeScience expert and lead others to embrace our goals and vision
Minimum Requirements
-2+ years of experience in casting/remote producing
-Be extremely detail oriented
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Care about the health and wellbeing of our talent
-Strong understanding of major social media platforms (FB, IG, Snap, YouTube, TikTok)
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience directing talent remotely and/or in person
-Performance Marketing / Ads Experience a strong plus
-You have a contact book covering many different areas, and know where to find the people with the potential to become great contributors
