Job Description

Responsibilities:

Overall support of Talent Department including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, submitting expenses, maintaining calendar and talent related spreadsheets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on pop culture and entertainment news.
Convey vital information regarding talent bookings and logistics to Show producers and talent management.
Act as a liaison *** ween the Department and talent management, publicists, and other general inquiries.
Work with Talent Coordinator and accounting department to administer talent contracts and follow up as needed.
Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
1+ years working as executive or personal assistant in the entertainment industry.
