Experienced Transpo Coordinator needed for a 3-day non-union shoot July 8-10, plus prep and wrap (approximately 2 weeks). Must be capable and comfortable in large-scale production and/or event logistics, and confident in directing and executing complex transportation movements for crew, cast, and participants. This position includes the rental, management and coordination of a fleet of vehicles and drivers, directing movements according to production schedules, managing parking, overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks, and ensuring all related safety protocols are in place and followed. Vendor relationships and a crew roster of qualified drivers a plus.

Weekend prep days may be required in advance of Mon-Wed shoot days.

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function with an emphasis on compliance and global bank account management. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of user and account group information across all banking platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
Advocate for the business by supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing Straight-Through Processing (STP) and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to propose automated solutions addressing business challenges and improving processes.
Provide necessary training and guidance to division personnel to facilitate their daily tasks and achieve long-term objectives effectively.
Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of yearly FBAR reports using the ION IBAM system.
Conducting quarterly user access reviews across our banking platforms.
Contribute to the yearly update of Treasury Policies and Procedures.
Act as a System Administrator for all domestic and international banking platforms.
