Looking for an experienced Unit Production Manager to manage our New York shoot on-site for a new travel doc. The series PM works remotely to oversee all episodes and is hiring a local UPM at each location to facilitate the individual shoots.

You:

* Are SUPER organized and comfortable with Google docs, excel, receipts, Zoom meetings, all the usuals

The project is inspirational and female-centric; the crew is small, diverse, respectful, and super fun. This is for a known network with a known female director and big name female talent attached. Will be great for the resume!

* We will be following strict covid protocols, filming predominantly outside, and will employ a Covid Compliance Officer to be on set every day. You must be willing to be tested and self-quarantine prior to first day on set. *

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of project/program management experience
5+ years of Scrum Master experience and proficiency with JIRA
Leadership facilitation experience to drive senior-level decision making through transparency and data/visualization
Proven ability to i *** uence and lead with and without authority
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Strong organization skills and an eye for detail, balanced by an ability to summarize insights and present to various stakeholders across the organization
A passion for Program Management, Scrum/scaling Scrum and the ability to work in both methodologies
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in driving sustainable, positive change
Ability to work independently, solve problems and deal with ambiguity
Strong proficiency MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

We'd love to see:

Experience in full lifecycle program management for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
Experience implementing Agile/Scrum to new and existing cross-functional teams, including scaled Scrum frameworks (e.g. Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Kanban)
Understanding of Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Payroll processes
Big 4 Consulting experience as well as in-house positions
Experience with global implementations
Ability to travel if the need arises (less than 10% of the time)
PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification, proficiency in MS Project
